NOTE: PILLOWCASE ONLY - you'll need to find a standard 20x54 body pillow (I know Walmart has them for around $10) to achieve full "self standing two sided wall scroll' effect.
If there was ever a product I never thought I’d make, this was one of them - a Dakimakura (Hug Pillow) or Body Pillow. In true Megatokyo fashion, of course, there was no way I was going to make a normal, run of the mill Dakimakura, I had to poke fun. It was pretty easy, really - Ping was a natural for this role (being a Non-H model) and cute as a button to boot.
There are some fun details in the main image - she’s got a death huggle on old SnarkyBear, a PS2 controller in easy reach with IDOLM@STER Production 1337 and Princess Maker 3D Printer Special Edition on deck, manga to read (“Spice and Dom” and “I Built my Girlfriend in my Garage (Boku no Shako de Kanojo wo Tsukutta)”), a Tazer taped to her ear blade, and Boo himself giving you the disproving evil eye about any bad thoughts you MIGHT be having looking at her.
Now, all true Dakimakura have two sides - the ‘Safe’ side and the, uh, ‘Party’ side. I had to think a bit about the Party side. Of course it had to be Snarkybear sleeping off a drinking binge, surrounded by empty beer cans while Boo taps happily away at some game on the PS2. I think I got it right. Right?
I’m offering these pillows in three sizes - the full sized EBP (Emotional Body Pillow) at 20” x 54”, the medium sized EHP (Emotional Head Pillow) at 20” x 34” and the small but potent desk-sized EDP (Emotional Desk Pillow) at 8” x 20”. The two larger pillows are PILLOW CASES ONLY - 100% cotton pillow cases, printed in full color on both sides. Shipping pillows that size is a major hassle - you should have no problem finding a 20” x 54” body pillow or a 20” x 34” King size pillow (I know Walmart has them for around $10 or so). the 8” x 20” Desk pillow is actually a small pillow filled with pollyfill.
