How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
How do I edit my account information? |

How much is my shipping? |
|
Shipping is automatically calculated based on weight and destination prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
How do I return my product? |
|
You may return a product for a refund within 30 days of the order shipment date. If within 30 days you find that you ordered the incorrect item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for the purchase amount (less the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original "new" condition and you include a copy of an order invoice printed from your MegaGear Account or the Order Confirmation email sent to you after the order was placed . When your return is received, you will be issued a refund in the method you originally paid.
If you wish to exchange an item you will need to reorder the correct item.
If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, or it arrived defective or damaged, contact us at service@megagear.com for instructions.

When will my order ship? |

Shipping Policies
Shipping rates are determined by
weight and destination. Use the convenient online shipping calculator
to get real time shipping costs.
United States
Orders are shipped between 3-5 business days depending on if you order
custom printed items. Packages ship Monday - Friday from Ann Arbor,
Michigan.
Shipping options for the 48 contiguous states are UPS Ground and USPS
First Class and Priority Mail. All shipping options may not be
available for every order. If there is a delay or the merchandise has
become unavailable, you will be contacted via email. If tracking
information is available for your shipping method you can access it by
logging into your MegaGear Account and checking the order status.
Options for Alaska and Hawaii are USPS Priority Mail. Puerto Rico must
use USPS Priority Mail. Select PR as your state code.
APO/FPO Address
Shipping is available to APO/FPO
addresses via USPS Priority Mail. When creating your address enter APO
or FPO (we need this information for customs paperwork) in the city
field and use the AP, AE, and AA state codes provided in the drop down
box. Use United States as the shipping country - Priority Mail is
cheaper and you will get it sooner!
Shipping International Orders
International Orders - you must use
the PayPal or Money Order option for international orders. We cannot
accept non-US cards.
International packages ship in 5 to 7 days depending if you order
custom printed merchandise. If paying by money order the orders will
ship when payment has cleared the bank. Online shipping rates will be
returned for USPS International First Class for under 4 pounds and
International Priority Mail for packages weighing greater than 4
pounds. Shipping usually takes at least 10-20 days but may take up 4
weeks to arrive in your country after the date we ship depending on
customs. USPS onlyhas Delivery Confirmation Service. The order status
is only updated to delivered. Once the package arrives in your country
only your postal service has the ability to trace your package in their
system.
When placing an international order please be aware that you will be
charged customs fees including duties, import taxes, and brokerage and
processing fees which are not included in the purchase price or
shipping charges. The Customs agency in your country can charge you at
the time of the delivery or invoice you later. As the purchaser you are
the importer of record and are responsible for all charges. Please
check with your local customs office as MegaGear Inc. has no control
over these charges. If you choose to refuse delivery of the package, it
will be returned to us and we will be charged the custom fees and the
cost of return shipping. If the package is refused and returned to us
there are no refunds for refused packages. International packages which
are missing or lost will receive replacement merchandise.
TrackingYou may track your
order by loging into your MegaGear account and reviewing your order
history. UPS tracking numbers are emailed when orders are shipped and
you may also check tracking at www.ups.com.
If you chose USPS Priority Mail you may use the number to on
www.usps.com. This is not a tracking feature, it only confirms
delivery. First Class will not receive a tracking number. Questions?
